Do you want to enhance your motor skills and upgrade your dance technique knowledge?
Do not miss the new Contemporary dance class at Latin Force, adapted for non-professional dancers! This class is specially for you! You will get a new view at the way you move and you will be able to apply this knowledge anywhere. This will be an invaluable experience for you and your future development as a dancer.
Contemporary dance is characterised by intense innovation and choreographic experimentation, which often mix rhythms such as ballet, jazz and hip-hop.
In the weekly contemporary dance classes of for amateurs we will focus on body organisation techniques, muscle strength, control and protection of the joints when performing risky dance elements, as well as understanding the work of different muscle groups in creating the dance combinations and their transitions , dance positions, the correct transition from one position to another. We will get to know the isolation technique of the individual body parts and how it could be applied using different quality of movement. We are expecting you! 🙂

Price for a single visit – 12 leva, with a monthly card for 4 visits – 40 leva. No extra charge with MultiSport card.
We dance with comfortable clothing, shoes, socks or barefoot.
