Intensive Course on Active Self-defence for Women | 29-30.06.19

In the end of June 2019 at Latin Force Hall 3 there will be an intensive course for women on active self-defence and self-control in various stressful situations!

You will not only acquire valuable skills but will also train your psyche and confidence as well as your adequate response under stress. You will learn how to protect the most dangerous areas of the body. You are all very welcome!

Dates: 29 and 30 June 2019 from 13:00 to 15:30h
Duration: 5 sixty minutes lessons.
Instructors: Sifu Velin Yordanov 3TG and Sihing Konstantin Krastev 12SG
Price: 80 lv.
The event is open to all ladies!

We are looking forward to seeing you at: Sofia, 12 Tsarigradsko shosse Blvd., former cinema Iztok (above Billa), opposite to Pliska. Map and pictures of the hall.

We train with comfortable sportswear and a pair of clean trainers for the hall.
