Kizomba is an extremely sensual dance, that originated in distant Angola, containing lyrical Portuguese sounds and slightly wilder African rhythms. Balance, harmony and trust – these are the three things that are required in Kizomba, as well as freedom of movement and constant connection. Energy exchange – both with the partner and with the earth!
