New group for all levels in Hall 3 (Pliska)
Start: January 9, 2019
Schedule: Wednesday from 19:30 – 20:30h and Friday from 20:30 – 21:30h
Address: Sofia, 12 Tsarigradsko shosse Blvd., former cinema Iztok (above Billa), opposite to Pliska.

Start: January 13, 2019
Schedule: Tuesday from 17:30 – 18:30h and Sunday from 14:00 – 15:00h
Address: Sofia, 50 Tzar Samuil Str., Fl. 2. The hall is located in the center of Sofia near Serdika metro station.

Price for a signle visit – 9 leva, with a monthly card for 4 visits – 34 leva, with a monthly card for 8 visits – 64 leva. Free of charge with a MultiSport card and Sodexo Sport Pass card.

We work out with comfortable clothing and a pair of clean shoes.

Zumba is characterized by dance moves under the sounds of attractive Latin rhythms – salsa, samba, merrenge, regeton, cumbia and others. The music is dynamic and at the same time emancipating, making every workout a real fun. Zumba combines aerobic movements with more powerful exercises. The idea is to combine the pleasant and the useful – fitness exercises and dancing. The steps are easy and quick to rememer. Zumba has no levels so you can join at any time.
