Therapeutic dance – NEW group with Iskra Dukova | 02.10.22

During the new dance season, we invite you to join the new Therapeutic dance class (based on contemporary dance) at Latin Force with Iskra Dukova – a professional dancer, choreographer, instructor and a dance artist with a class, for whom dance is a way of living, an energy, a therapy, food for the soul, and an understanding of the world! Let’s immerse ourselves in this class together, where we will discover new spots and abilities to express ourselves through dance and movement!

In this class you will have the opportunity to learn and create together with everyone else. Through various dance elements and combinations, we will create a foundation and space for unfolding a personal story. You will use a variety of exercises and methods to improvise, collaborate with others, and express yourself freely and without framework. We will learn to be flexible and gain awareness of our bodies and minds in a dynamic and authentic process of interaction.

Iskra’s main interest is the authentic expression of the inner world through body movements. Studying psychology and psychotherapy, she creates an interesting interrelation between dance, movement, reason and emotion. In her classes you can expect a variety of techniques for research and improvising, dance elements and combinations, physical training and getting to know the body as a tool for awareness.
