    New style, new instructor, new groups, new convenient location!

    We would like to invite you with a great excitement to join the new Indian dance groups for beginners with Katya Tosheva, founder of the Indian Dance School – Kaya, who is also a performer on many Bulgarian and international stages, with Indian art performances and shows! Welcome to the newly opened Latin Force Halls near Mall of Sofia, where you will dive yourself into the comfort and modernist vision of the dance halls of the future! Make sure to be the first attendant to the place which everyone would like to visit later on!

    Indian dance lessons will provoke you and you will be able to explore deep within yourself on many levels – we will observe the body, mind and soul! You will develop the following skills: balance, sense of rhythm, grace and flexibility. Let us  forget the thoughts of everyday life together and express ourselves, light and free!

    New Group for Beginners Hall 6 (near Mall of Sofia)
    Start: January 21, 2020
    Schedule: Tuesday and Friday from 18:30 – 19:30h

    New Group for Beginners Hall 1 (Center)
    Start: January 21, 2020
    Schedule: Thursday from 20:30 – 21:30h 
    Address: Sofia, 50 Tzar Samuil Str., Fl. 2. The hall is located in the center of Sofia near Serdika metro station.

    Price: a single visit – 10 leva, with a monthly card for 4 visits – 72 leva, no extra charge with Andjoy App and MultiSport cards.

    Each lesson begins and ends with exercises for relaxation, warm up and stretching. Wear comfortable clothes, preferably a long cotton scarf. We dance barefoot. No previous dance experience is required. There are no age restrictions.

    During the lessons we will get to know the basic positions of the body and some rhythmic steps of different styles of Indian dance. We will look at the most commonly used mudras (hand gestures) and learn their meaning. The classes are an alternative to fitness – great cardio workouts, we work on the harmonious development of all muscles, paying special attention to hips and calves, and building a sense of balance and coordination.

    At your disposal are: 3 halls with a dancing area of 250 square meters, 40 meters total length of mirrors, 4.25 meters high ceiling, avant-garde resting zone, professional sound system, multimedia projectors, wireless microphones, professional ventilation and air conditioning Toshiba, Free Optical Wi-Fi – 200 Mbps, changing rooms, 4 toilets, showers, avant-garde waiting area, a modern interior decorated by leading designers!

    Additional benefits of Indian dance:

    • A variety of finger positions that are constantly changing and this helps to move and harmonise the muscles and tendons of the palms and wrists, which therefore balances out the constant use of the computer mouse.
    • The eyes are the main means of expression, which implies their constant movement and training of the muscles, which are immobilised as a result of constant staring at screens.
