Contemporary dance is characterised by intense innovation and choreographic experimentation, which often mix rhythms such as ballet, jazz and hip-hop.
In the weekly contemporary dance classes of for amateurs we will focus on body organisation techniques, muscle strength, control and protection of the joints when performing risky dance elements, as well as understanding the work of different muscle groups in creating the dance combinations and their transitions , dance positions, the correct transition from one position to another. We will get to know the isolation technique of the individual body parts and how it could be applied using different quality of movement. We are expecting you! 🙂

Price for a single visit – 12 leva, with a monthly card for 4 visits – 40 leva. No extra charge with Andjoy App and a MultiSport card.
