In mid-January 2022 we would like to invite you to join the new group for Stage Folklore Choreography with the professional choreographer Alexander Lyubenov part of the Vitosha Club team – quality, traditions, professionalism!
The group is suitable for people who have at least 2 years of experience in a dance group or a Folk Dance club. The class will be studying:
- Bulgarian Folk exercise – exercises on a stand, exercises for the specific environment, spinning exercises
- Techniques for correctness and style of the performance of the movements typical for different ethnographic regions in Bulgaria
- Stage behaviour
- Specific stage-developed dance choreographies, which have been presented on various concert performances in the country and abroad.
There are no age restrictions for the participants.

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday from 20:30 – 21:30h

Price for a single visit – 8 leva, with a monthly card for 8 visits – 48 leva. No extra charge with MultiSport card.
We dance wearing comfortable clothes and a second pair of clean shoes.
Bulgarian Folk Dances Club Vitosha was founded on 8th November, 2010 by the chief artistic director and choreographer – Radoslav Todorov. Since then, it has taken part in numerous prestigious concerts, festivals and competitions around the country and abroad. The aim of Vitosha Club is to study and preserve the authentic folklore and dance patterns. There are a few stage-developed dance performances already in the repertoire of Vitosha club.
