Tribal Fusion – a style where tradition and the contemporary intersect, a style in which different cultures interact in an unexpected way!

In October 2019, we would like to invite you to dive into the exotic and extremely exciting world of Tribal Fusion with the new beginners’ group with Lilia Bozhinova, part of the Sarab Oriental Dance Group!

Tribal Fusion is a modern dance which was born amongst the North American cultural mix. It is based on the Oriental dance, from which it borrows many of its movements, as well as from  the American tribal and cabaret dances. A fluid and sharp, traditional and modern dance, full of surprises, is born from such an unexpected combination. The style does not impose any restrictions, it allows every dancer to add something of their own – either philosophically or stylistically. Among the various artists, influences from hip-hop, pop, contemporary dance can be seen as well as certain folk forms such as Katak and other Indian dances, even some Latin dance and Flamenco.

Schedule: Sunday from 16:30 – 17:30h
Price: a single visit – 9 leva, with a monthly card for 4 visits – 32 leva,  with no extra charge for Sodexo Sport Pass and MultiSport cards holders.

We are expecting you at the following address: Sofia, 50 Tzar Samuil Str., Fl. 2. The hall is located in the center of Sofia near Serdika metro station. Map and pictures of the hall.

We dance with comfortable clothing, shoes or socks or even barefoot.
