Tabata is a high-intensity interval workout with a total duration of 4 minutes, which includes an intense load for 20 seconds, then a 10 seconds break for 8 rounds in total. This makes it a preferred choice by anyone who does not have time for a standard fitness workout, but wants fast results and a good shape.
