Tabata is a high intensity workout with intervals lasting for 4 minutes each, including an intense repetitions for 20 seconds, followed by a10 seconds rest for 8 rounds in total. This makes it a perfect choice for people who do not have time for the standard fitness workout but want quick results and to be in good shape.

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 – 13:30h
Price: a single visit – 9 leva, with a monthly card for 4 visits – 34 leva, with a monthly card for 8 visits – 64 leva, no extra charge for Sodexo Sport Pass and MultiSport cards holders.
We will be expecting you at the following address: Sofia, 12 Tsarigradsko shosse Blvd., former cinema Iztok (above Billa), opposite to Pliska. Map and pictures of the hall.
We train with comfortable sportswear and a second pair of clean trainers for the hall.
