    STRETCHING – NEW GROUPS | September, 2021

    Relax and enjoy the freedom of movement with the new Stretching groups at Latin Force with Viktoriya Sirakova and Mirela Ryasheva, certified instructors at the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski” with 10 years of experience in carrying out group classes in Aerobics, Callanetics, Stretching, Pilates.

    There is no better way to relax than this light but at the same time intense way to stretch and relax your body! The best feeling is not even during class, but after you leave the hall. Get moving now!

    Stretching is a key part of any training program and is a key element in building a healthy and balanced body. It is a specific system of exercises that stretch the muscles and tissues. Regular practice improves their elasticity, which therefore leads to greater flexibility and a greater range of motion. People after a stretching class usually say that they feel like after a massage and feel their body light, flexible and balanced.

    Price for a single visit – 9 leva, with a monthly card for 4 visits – 32 leva, with a monthly card for 8 visits – 64 leva. No extra charge with MultiSport card.

    We train barefoot or with socks. Wear comfortable clothes, and if possible bring a towel to put on the mats in the hall. There are no age restrictions.

    Classes always start with a warm-up of the whole body and we then focus on all major muscle groups by static stretching (holding a position for a certain period of time) followed by dynamic stretching (full motion movement that stretches your muscles). Classes end with relaxing exercises to calm the mind and body, which are adapted to the level and physical condition of the participants.

    What are the benefits of stretching:

    • Improves posture
    • Increases flexibility and helps movement
    • Strengthens the connective tissue and improves blood flow to the muscles
    • Eliminates stress and normalises heart rate
