We are looking forward to seeing you at: Sofia, 12 Tsarigradsko shosse Blvd., former cinema Iztok (above Billa), opposite to Pliska. Map and pictures of the hall.
We usually dance with comfortable clothing, barefoot, low shoes or socks.
The modern ballet is based on classical ballet, but it usually breaks its strict rules, allowing dancers and choreographers to be free in expressing their emotions and is constantly creating new positions and spaces for the body movement. The main features of modern ballet are the ease of movement, use of gravity, tightness and relaxation of the body, more isolated and controlled movement of each individual part of the body and of course the coordination of each movement.
