Immerse yourself in a world that’s a combination of martial arts, music, dance and a little magic with the new Capoeira group for beginners at Latin Force with Strashimir Kuzmanov (Zaguierao), a founder of the Senzala Sofia group, a qualified capoeira teacher certified by Mestre Samara (Group Senzala Amsterdam )!

Everyone can feel the magic of Capoeira and become a part of the big family of lovers of this martial dance art. Learn and look out for the new and unique, develop your skills to improvise in different situations.

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that originated in the 16th century, which combines elements of dance, acrobatics and games, and is accompanied by national Brazilian music. The interesting thing about Capoeira is that the idea behind it is not to hurt the other person with a beautifully executed hit, but for them to be tricked and outplayed.Therefore, there are no typical blocks in this sport, only dodging of the hits. Capoeira teaches respect for the individual, and its practice helps harmonious interaction both within the group and in society.

Price for a single visit – 12 leva, with a card for 4 visits – 40 leva. No extra charge with a MultiSport card. Latin Force cards are valid for 2 months.

We train in comfortable clothing, wearing socks or barefoot.
